The food was DELICIOUS - you can tell its not from a frozen meal. Some of the most authentic Mexican food I have found in Washington. I LOVE the salsa. The enchiladas were yummy. The atmosphere was great and service was excellent.
Excellent food, server was very nice and tentative towards my sister and I. Definitely would love to come back here with family and my boyfriend.

Im not gonna give less than five stars when I know im going to come back. I want you to stick around. I only ever use the bar area so I understand waiting longer than usual to get my order taken. It would really help if everyone wrote down what I was ordering instead of trying to remember it. Customers don't always want to tell you it's wrong so then they leave the store unhappy. I spoke up about my issue which was asking for corn tortillas and ending up with a crunchy taco....why don't you have soft corn tortillas. Maybe you do but one of my servers today told me otherwise. Alvero was pleasant and nice. The other server with long hair and the nose piercings was nice too.
I haven't eaten at an Azteca in years and my expectations were low. But it ended up being really good and fast. We were starving after navigating the Mall and popped into the bar to eat. Service was great and we both liked our food. I had the carnitas tacos and they were wonderful!
